Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If an item is on pre-order or ships directly from one of our trusted suppliers, this will be clearly stated on the product page with the estimated dispatch timeframe.

UK Delivery

We keep delivery simple, reliable, and fully tracked for your peace of mind.

Standard Delivery – £4.50

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch

Express Delivery – £6.99

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch

Free Delivery – Orders Over £100

All orders over £100 qualify for free tracked delivery
Delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch

Local Delivery & Collection

We offer convenient local delivery within approximately 20 km of Saltfleetby, covering LN11 postcodes and nearby areas including:

Louth, Manby, Grimoldby, Theddlethorpe, North & South Somercotes, Legbourne and surrounding villages.

Collection is also available by prior arrangement. Simply select the relevant option at checkout and contact us to confirm details.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage may be required to resend it.
